Powerhouse Spirit Competitions presents The National Stomp-N-Shake Cheer & Dance Championships, on Saturday, April 2nd at the VSU Multi-Purpose Center.

The thrills and excitement of Stomp-N-Shake teams from California to the Midwest and all over the east coast come to the VSU Multi-Purpose Center at a chance to win the 2022 crown. Competing cheer squads will go head to head in tiny to senior all-star divisions and elementary to collegiate cheer divisions.
